DRASTIC REDUCTION IN AVAILABILITY OF SWINE FLU VACCINE

The Department of Health and Human Services says that it "over-estimated" the number of swine flu shots that would be available starting next month. Their estimate was 120 million. Now, they're saying 45 million. They need 600 million.
