The venerable meathead of the House of Representatives wonders if the legislation to defund ACORN amounts to an unlawful Bill of Attainder as he rises to ACORN's defense. He is definitely one of several hundred Members of Congress who should not allow the Capitol doors to hit their butts on their way out.
