GONE MISSING IN NEW YORK!

They're saying that New York state mismanaged millions of Chinese Virus dollars, paying for equipment that never arrived and ordering other equipment that was never used.  Money... substantial money... could well have gone south. 

Isn't it unbelievable that such a thing could happen in New York, of all places?
