Citing an overwhelming mandate from the American people, Joe Biden will require that all citizens wear masks 24/7 beginning January 2oth. Violators will be persecuted. Anarchists, illegals and Antifa members will be exempt.
Each mask will be fitted with a transmitter that will notify authorities if the mask is taken off.
