Lindsey Graham is like a bandy rooster running around the farmyard crowing and crowing that he's going to do this, and he's going to do that. Think abut it: How many "investigations" about this or that has he promised just in the last four years, investigations that have never seen the light of day?
He now threatens that the Republicans could impeach Vice President Harris if they win back the House in 2022?
