Lori Lightfoot, that delightful damsel who calls herself Mayor of Chicago, is recently noted for refusing to allow white reporters into her press conferences. Last week, she announced that racism is a "public health emergency," and arranged to divert $10 million in Covid health funds to fight it. I didn't know that was legal, either!
