The Real Military Chain of Command

I think I now understand why it takes so long to detect and shoot down intruders into our airspace: (1) detection over the coast of Alaska, (2) phone call to NORAD, (3) phone call to General Milley, (4) phone call to Secretary of Defense Austin, (5) phone call to Uncle Joe, (6) phone call to Susan Rice, (7) phone call to Barrack Obama, (8) phone call to George Soros, followed by phone calls in reverse back down the line. If someone is on the potty at the time the call comes, they wait.
