BILL PREVENTS UNDERAGE ALCOHOL OVERDOSE

Maine is enacting a law that will not only make it illegal for kids to overdose on alcohol, but will also create a whistle-blower's protection if another youth reports that his buddy has had too much to drink.  Now, that begs the question: If it is illegal for a minor to drink an alcoholic beverage in the first place, how is it then possible that he or she could have an alcoholic overdose? 

These idiots who dream these laws up are the same imbeciles who postulate that if you make guns illegal, then criminals won't use guns.
