CALIFORNIA'S GUN AMMO BOONDOGGLE

California's new law requiring a $19 background check in order to buy ammo is turning the Nevada desert into a green pile of money.  Several Reno and Las Vegas stores ran out of ammo over the Labor Day weekend as gamblers from California crossed the border for their final summer fling and picked up ammo to take home with them.
