Hate will soon have no place in New York City: According to the city's Commission on Human Rights, you will soon be fined up to $250,000 for having the audacity to utter words such as: illegal alien or ICE.  They will decide what words to sanction and what penalties to levy.   If you fail to abide, you will be hung by your testicles, boobs or both in front of Trump Tower.
